Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Due to the nature of Mignon’s Magic Mushrooms, all sales are final, but there are limited exceptions.

We will replace damaged or incorrect order item with 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit—refunds are issued only at our discretion.

Opened product can not be returned unless there is something defective or something extraordinary is wrong with the product.

  • Defective
  • Wrong Order

Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

  • Opened or used products with no remaining contents
  • Multiple items of the same product returned fully used
  • Customer error (e.g. ordering the wrong item, flavor, or quantity)
  • Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery
